Michelle in our admin team has recently went on maternity leave with both baby John (named after her dad) and mum doing very well. We wish them all the very best and look forward to welcoming Michelle back late summer.

In the meantime, we also welcome Emma Dow to our traffic office. Emma has been with us for almost a month easing her way into the job by seeing how all our systems work (and improving as we go along). We are streamlining lots of processes as new eyes have lots of idea's.

In the past year, we were victim to a cyber attack on our server. Luckily no data was stolen, but a heavily encrypted crypt virus locked down all files on the server. We were quickly able to get back online with a matter of hours thanks to our IT partners, and now have multiple backups systems in place to ensure we are as guarded as much as you possibly can be. Going forward, all our remote access for customers is being hosted on microsoft servers in New York, with even higher levels of security required to enter. We advise backup everything you require to keep working as these attacks are totally indiscriminate.

We are now in a much better position in offering an even more secure and complete haulage service throughout the UK.
